iPhone 5S rumoured to be announced on June 20

The next generation iPhone could be announced as soon as June 20 if a new report is to be believed.

French publication NoWhereElse.fr (via UberGizmo) claims to have got access to a document from Japanese mobile carrier, KDDI, which mentions that Apple's next iPhone, iPhone 5S, will be announced on June 20 and will go on sale by July.

The document also suggests that the phone will run iOS 7 (of course), the next iteration of Apple's mobile operating system and feature an upgraded

Google Now comes to iPhone, iPad as an update to Google Search app

Google Inc is bringing its Google Now technology to the iPhone, where it will compete head-on with Apple Inc's Siri to serve as the primary service that smartphone users rely on to get everything from weather updates to traffic forecasts.

Google Now, which made its debut last year on mobile devices powered by Google's Android operating system, will be available as a feature in the new version of the Google Search app for iPhones and iPads starting on Monday.

LG to begin Optimus F5 global rollout in France on April 29

LG will begin to release the Optimus F5, the mid-range device, in France on April 29th before beginning to roll out globally.

LG's F-series handsets offer a solution to 4G being limited to high-end handsets such as the iPhone 5, Samsung Galaxy S4 and HTC One.
